Though last night for taco Tuesday at the Moose Lodge, I did have some hot on my Tacos I believe. But it wasn't much. And spread out, it wasn't bad.

I like Frank's which falls in line for us Hoosiers but if I'm eating tacos it's got to be Cholula Hot Sauce

It was surprising to me that Siracha was the most popular nationwide.. I thought for sure it would be Franks..

We bring this back from Panama. The middle one is sort of like a "Mustard On Fire".
They're based on the Aji Chombo, similar to a habaņero pepper, but it's own flavor.

Probably for the urban cowboys. Real Texans will only use brands that have in their names, "Ghost" or "Death".

The only time I have hot sauce it's from taco bell in the packet.
I haven't been in a few years though.

Tapatio. Haven't tried Cholula yet, but maybe next time. I think hot sauce should burn for about 1/2 hour after consumption, but that's long enough.

I used to work with quite a few people that loved hot sauces in Oklahoma. Srircha sauce, while always around, definitely wasn't even top 4 on the ones they would grab.

Jim's has a selection for sure his main store is a 10 min drive from me. But I keep it simple with Texas Pete. The Bells Fire sauce is pretty good. I like flavor and heat but not to the point you can't taste anything any more is pointless.

I used to really like Crystal until I tried Frank's. It's my favorite by a long shot.
