2012 250 SHO trim motor repair

My trim motor failed so i removed, cleaned out and got it working again. It failed again a month later since new brushes and springs were not used. Ordered new springs and brushes from an ebay store for $20. I'll repair and let you know how it goes. Better than $500+ for a new one.
Anyone done the repair with just new brushes and springs?

Exactly. That is next if this $20 fix doesn't work.

Parts matched oem and install was easy. Ran the trim full up and down four times to refill and bleed. Seems to work great. If I don't post again, that means the $15 ebay fix worked.
