    Tree stand safety harness..

Which harness do you use for tree stand hunting? I'm looking to replace mine. So far I like the Summit Pro version but I'm going to shop a while and see what else is out there.

I use a Hunter Safety System now. I had a Muddy for several years and liked it but something eventually went on it and I replaced it with the other.

Hunter Safety System has held up well over the years.

rock climbing harness. If you fall with a normal treestand harness you're going to be hanging facing away from the tree while waiting for a rescue. With a rock climbing harness you will be facing the tree if you fall and you will be able to get back up onto the stand or ladder.

Would you even know how to put a climbing harness on??

I can wear any of my "normal" treestand harnesses, sit in my stand facing the tree, and attach my safety line to the linesman loops, so a fall in that is also gonna leave me facing the tree.
