My last trip, the Holiday Inn Express was very nice, no security issues.
Didn't need charging, so we didn't even look. Give them a call there.
Very! They have a section called Fishermens row plenty of plug-ins for charging
It's very nice with plenty of places to charge up. No designated security as far as I know but it's also not a "high cringe" area either. I live about 5 min from there.
