What am i checking for? Charge voltage? I cannot find a spec for my charger that says the voltage it charges at. I guess i could plug it in and put meter on it and see.

I guess what i am asking is what would be the criteria for a battery that this charger would meet?
I assume that it is based on charge voltage (voltage that is put into battery when charging and voltage that it stops charging battery).
