    Do not try to pass a Basscat!

    Unless you know the depth of the water of your “short cut”….A fellow club member tried to pass me in some tight S turns and is why I slowed down. He tried to cut the corner and it did not work out. The crazy thing is, he did not realize damage and ran the rest of the day without any issues! I guess it became a water cooled LU!!!

    The broke skeg is fixable but that new low water pick up on the leading edge of the nose cone may pose a problem.
