Bauer 3/8 Impact wrench for f150 lug nuts

So just got my first pick up. Towed my tin rig for years with Grand Cherokees. Bought a 2018 F150 in October and I want to throw an impact wrench in the truck in case I need to change a flat real quick. I was looking at the harbor freight 3/8 bauer one because it has 360 lbs of torque but I wanted that one because I could probably use it from time to time on some home projects where 1/2 might be more than I need. Anyone have experience using on their truck where 150 lbs of torque is required on lug nuts? 3/8 too little? I am sure it would be fine for my trailer if I needed it but care more about using it on my trucks lug nuts.

I doubt the 3/8 will get it done. My Mac tools/Dewalt 3/8's cordless impact won't do lug nuts. I've got a Bauer 1/2" I use for stuff around the house.

My Milwaukee M18 works fine on lug nuts. 600 ft lb loosening and 450 fastening. Harry

I use a Porter Cable 1/2" for lug nuts with no problem.

Forgot to mention that my Milwaukee is 3/8” mid torque. Harry
