Diawa spinning reel service

I live on the coast of North Carolina and do inshore saltwater fishing almost exclusively. In my area Penn and Shimano dominant the reel market in part due to the ability to find someone to service the reels. I really like some of the Diawa products (the BG series is the the best "bang for your buck") but shy away from them due to service. I am new to this forum and have noticed that Diawa is a major player in the freshwater arena. Where do y'all get your Diawa spinning reels serviced? I would certainly be more inclined to add a few more Diawas to my arsenal if I knew where to send them for service.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
