I could just sit for an hour and smell it. It’s very complex and yummy! I apologize, I need to learn the proper language, lol

I don’t have a Rum list per se, but give Ron Zacapa a try… very nice

I like the Russell made bourbons so I keep Rare Breed, Russell Reserve, Wild Turkey 101, (everyday bourbon) and Longbranch in stock. We also keep a various tequila's and Tito's or Absolute vodka in stock along with Beefeater gin.

I didn’t see a mention of Monkey Shoulders Scotch. Very good for the price. Try it

[QUOTE=4Kboater;12281231]Here's my little collection. Favorite bourbons so far are Willet Reverse, Eagle Rare, Woodford (any of them) and Basil Hayden. Favorite Scotch: Glenmorangie and had a bottle of Belvenie Portwood 21 over the holidays.

It's dang near impossible to find several brands and some may be out for a few months here so it's always a weekly quest to see what I can find.

Attachment 476707[/QUOTE I like Willet and Long Branch too. The Elijah Craig toasted is good also.

I've tried (and liked) a lot of common brands of Straight Rye Whiskey. I like the Whistle Pig's 10-Year, Mitchter's Single Barrel and the Templeton 10-Year. However, my absolute favorite bottle of rye is the Angels Envy Caribbean Rum Cask Finished.

If you want it for cocktails Rittenhouse is a staple. I also really like Old Forrester rye. Both fantastic, easy to find and priced affordable.
