    Alweld

Hey I was looking for some feedback and opinions on the Alweld. I was looking at the
1860 or 1960 mxl series with the pro package. It’s only rated for a 115. Is that a 45mph
boat? There is only 60lbs weight difference in the 2 sizes. I will also have tunnel hull.
    Just wanted some feedback please

I been running an Alweld 1856 stick steer since 2015. Every mechanic that's looked at the boat remarks that "this thing is built like a tank". It is tippy like most tin rigs, but since it's a stick steer & I fish sitting down I'm very happy with it. In my opinion Alweld makes a quality boat.

They are well build boats, an 1860 with a 115 could hit 45 MPH if you don't have it loaded too heavy.

Every time I see your boat I really wish I had it. I fish out of the smaller Tracker Panfish 16 and it is a little tippy but not too bad. I always thought your 1856 would be much more stable .It's a beautiful boat.

Thank y’all so much for the responses. I really appreciate it. Any suggestions on a boat
dealership that sells them? I called one in Tennessee and guy was super nice. I just want
to get the best price I can.
