You may have more luck when the weather warms getting a boat ride volunteer. Some dealers will let you water test before you buy, but if you go to such a dealer, will they have one in-stock.

I know 72 Marine has (1) left in stock. They are on the GA/SC state line on Lake Russell.
I also know the SC Upstate boat show is next week in Greenville, SC.
