I can't recommend a battery, but if you have a Batteries plus bulbs store close they usually stock duracell batteries.

Both O Reilly’s and Batteries Plus carry that Sam’s 31 AGM, but more expensive. The best value in a 31 flooded deep cycle would be Auto Zone Duralast group 29 deep cycle. It’s the old Walmart/JCI Everstart Max with 210 RC for 99 dollars, relabelled for them

Had really good luck with the Duracell Group 31's from Batteries Plus. Think Sam's may have these as well. Running 36v setup w/ spotlock and these have been fine for me.

Cabelas - Bass Pro AGM are hard to beat...I have two that are 7 yrs old and refuse to die. Kinda wish they would.
I wouldn't feel so bad replacing them with lithium.

For sure, cheap, easy to find, and they last for years.

You have to be aware with the newer Walmart Everstart Max 29's. Previously they were all relabelled JCI's with 210 RC. A couple of years ago, many, but not all Walmarts across the US changed to Deka/East Penn as their supplier for that particular battery. The Deka, although still a very good battery, has a smaller RC of 190. The cases and caps are different, as are the specs. As I mentioned in a post above, the AutoZone battery is identical to the Walmart/JCI battery, and well priced.

Johnson Controls no longer makes batteries, they sold their battery production off to Clarios.
