Do you carry concealed while fishing?

A reason to carry on the water, and also a reason to attach your emergency cut off lanyard. I've been trying to get into the habit of attaching mine.

Yes I carry but in the boat it's in a compartment BUT I never put my keys in the same compartment, they never leave my pocket. I got tired of that long walk back to the boat from my truck for my keys. Its hell to be and old guy. LOL

For people with concealed carry permits (or those living in States that don't require permits) do you carry while fishing?

I do. I've never heard of a shooting, robbery or anything while someone was fishing in a boat, but I carry every day, everywhere (that's legal) so I carry when I'm fishing too.

I am like you, other than I don't fish anymore. But carry anywhere legal, and did while fishing for a while. Didn't get my Florida Concealed Carry License till 2020. And though legally I could have before, I didn't.
Because in Florida you can carry going to, during, and from, fishing, camping, hunting, and range.
