I was hoping some one could tell me if the dx743 is closer in feel to the 843 loomis of the 844 loomis? thanks

To me the champions always felt a bit heavier than their ratings, with the exception of their spinning rods.

The champion extreme stuff rating is about the same, and the biggest difference I've felt is the sensitivity.

Seems like the actions get faster as you go higher in their product line.

Sierras/ Champs tend to be slower than the xtremes/ xtasy.

I have a Extacy 723 and several Loomis NRX 843's. The NRX 843 seems to be a faster taper. The Extacy 723 action feels sort of in the middle between the 843 and 844
