Ranger came with car tires, now I need to replace. Help

2018 519 with dual axels. 215/65/R17 Kenda radials. I was just told there are no Endurance trailer tire in that size. Looking at Maxlife GY car tire. The Kenda has been good so far. What do I do? I don't know what size trailer tire to even consider that would fit. Thanks

Did you know Kenda makes that tire in a trailer tire? Load range C, that is the exact size and it's $211.04. Before you throw them away make sure it isn't this tire.
