What is my Turbo FXP 25p worth?

Hello all,
I bought a new Turbo FXP for my SHO 200hp in September of 2020. About 1 month ago, I flashed my motor to a 300hp. That 25p puts the rpm's all over the place. I was not able to use my boat much last year due to overloads with work so based on my hour meter, I put 10 hours on that propeller. I paid $650 for it. What is it worth today? No scratches or dings on it. I am going to try and sell it soon. Just want to know a good asking price.
