98 200 vindicator missfire

I’m missing on one cylinder, bottom right as you look at the back of the motor. Plug is black, changed coil with no luck. Any suggestions?

That would be #5 cylinder. Pull a compression test, verify spark. Make sure high speed orifice is fully seated in the float bowl.

Thanks, all cylinders are within 5 pounds, did a quick spark check but my harbor freight spark tester doesn’t work. Weather has turned here so I’m into research mode. I have also read where a tear in diaphragm on the fuel pump can flood that cylinder, not sure if that’s a possibility
