1998 Procraft 180 Combo Transom Replacement Cost?

Confirmed my fears today when mounting a new transducer that the wood in my transom was wet. Let me disclaim that I know it won’t make sense financially but I have various reasons for wanting to restore and keep this boat. Also lack the time and probably the skills to do it myself. Anyway roughly how much would this cost have done by a professional in the oklahoma area? I’d prefer to do composite over wood and do y’all have an estimate on what it would be if the stringers have to be done too?

Bud your question is a bit vague but I got $4K for a transom repair all composite and $5K for a full transom replacement. Now where I'm at no one wants to do transoms much less all composite jobs.
