    Ribs!

It had been too long since I cooked any ribs. Had some friends over and threw 5 half racks in the Joe. Dusted with Memphis dust and hit with stumps bbq sauce after. 4.5hr total cook time at 235. 3hr in the smoke, wrap for 45 minutes and 45 minutes sauced to finish. Roasted brocolli and garlic mashed red potatoes for sides.

Instead of bbq sauce 1/2 hour before they are done put some tobacco pepper jelly on them, family calls them meat candy
