We had our club tourney last Saturday. Of course the Corps threw us a curve by dropping the lake about a foot and a half since we'd pre-fished earlier in the week.
You can find the bucket mouths early in the shallow backs of creeks in and around the willows. Buzz baits and floating worms seem to be the most productive in about 3 to 5 feet of water.
Main lake points as well slow rolling spinners and deep cranks.
Docks are not as productive as I thought they'd be this time of year. But I may not have looked in the right spots. Drop me a line if your going to be in the area and we'll get together.
