Without a doubt one of the silliest attempts to explain different breeds of animals I've ever heard. So a "Feline" on the ark just had the genetics built in to produce all the various cat species? And wolves on the ark also had this ability? So two wolves would mate and obviously produce offspring that are wolves...until one day two wolves mated and produced a chihuahua?? because they had Chihuahua genetics programmed into them all along? I love how this "expert" says that "over time the characteristics have been expressed." He's literally describing EVOLUTION but trying to call it something else. Yes, there would HAVE to be "genetic potential" for any animal to evolve, but that doen't mean it's not evolution. A species that reproduces with it's own which eventually OVER TIME results in a different species is what evolution is.
If it happened this way, it was still gods design, but it's still evolution! A species whose offspring gradually become another breed is the textbook definition of something EVOLVING!
