I love fishing Jordan when it floods in the spring. I wonder if they will go to the bushes in the winter?

I have generally found them not to move up in the cold dirty water on Jordan.

The Cape Fear is already at flood stage at Lock and Dam #3. They won't release any measurable water until the river falls under flood stage.

Was at Jordan launching at Poe's Ridge Thursday. Not as muddy as the Yadkin R. but it was muddy from the main lake to the river. Took some hunting but did manage a couple small 2#ers. Water was 216 and the spillway was roaring. Heading to Mayo Reservoir in Person County in the morning
