    yeah but my 854 is E6X, not NRX or even GLX, which is why I'm looking in this $300 range as an upgrade. I don't have unlimited resources...

    Wait for the new Expride to come out and then make a decision - that's what I'm doing lol

    I see the logic in that but I already ordered the Perfect Pitch. It's a rod that I've been interested in for a long time and I got in before the price increase.

    I've got my eye on a couple exprides but don't know whether to jump before their price increase in February, or just wait for the new model...

    Any idea when the new Expride might launch? I'm holding out right now on buying one until I see what they're going to change.

    I don't know at all, I just hear the same rumors y'all do. I would expect we'll hear more about them in a little while and introduced at iCast...
