    Tanker, i am by no means the expert but from what i know you would not run your graphs or pumps off the 40 Ah 36V battery the pumps and graphs are all 12V units......in this All In system you would power these units from the 120 Ah 12V battery.

    You are correct, the 12v-120ah is the cranking/accessories/graph battery and the 36v-40ah is the trolling battery only
