I have had a 373 also. Great boat for sure. Mine had a Yami Precision Blend 150 and would top out at about 58mph.

I removed the padded seat and built the deck back to the consoles. It is a nice size deck with that done.

I was driving by a local shop today and there was a Ranger 3 series but not sure which one. It had a for sale sign on it. Look up Hudson’s Pro Bass Shop in LaGrange GA. If you want more detail or me to give it a look, I live 5 minutes from there so let me know.

No boat that clean lived in a barn, maybe a shop, but not a barn.

OP, I have a buddy that is going to sell his 364/xr6. Fresh rebuild on the engine.
PM if you want his number.

That is one nice rig! You've done an awesome job of keeping that classic looking like new! I had a new 1991 361--V / GT150. It was my favorite Ranger.

How well does that 354 perform with the 140 4s?

With the Suzuki 140 4 stroke 21p prop the 354 comes out of the hole nice and does 50ish and sips gas.The 140 is a small block while the 150 is a big block and is over 100lbs heavier but I'm sure top end would be quite a bit better with the 150hp.Overall I'm happy with the 140 as it does what we need it to do and is very reliable and word Is they have great longevity.
