Would like Cincinnati to upset Bama but it’s highly unlikely. Bama will score a lot of points.

Hard to defend the run when you get held every play. Thought they were going to call it early on but guess not

Young would be average at best on any other team. That’s what I hate about the heisman these days. He’s not even the best on his team. He has all day to stand back there and he is usually throwing to a NFL receiver that has the defender beat by at least 5 yards every time. Or they throw a quick slant and the receivers make something out of it.

No knock on B. Young, but I’ve often wondered how some of the recent QBs at Alabama and Ohio State would look throwing the ball at a school like Purdue or Missouri where you don’t have a bunch of 4&5 star receivers with all kinds of time to throw the ball. Of course they would probably look better than most.

No knock on young but dang I could throw to a NFL receiver running wide open.

I have been saying that for a while. A QB at Alabama has it made. He is showcasing his talent on a big stage against tough competition but has a great O line and great receivers to pass to.

Nope not taking anything away but Alabama has played better this year but Cincy has had some chances but can’t get anything going

Game is closer than I expected, it seemed in the 1st half that Alabama was just physically stronger than Cincinnati would would run them into the ground and then blow them away in the 2nd half. Maybe Alabama is being conservative prior to the big game.

Bama's #1 receiver not in game has a lot to do with conservative play.
