    Weather Prep

    If you guys/gals haven't winterized your rigs, yet, you should today. Tonight/tomorrow's blast looks n sounds rough.

    Hell I haven to ever winterized my rig. Lowered the motor down in the shop after a good day of fishing today.

    I am with Josh. I did foolishly not do enough 3 years ago when the newest/nicest 1 spent the winter outside, but there were 0 effects of that. I would have done something last year and this year ifn it didn't have its own house though. I do understand for those that don't have the garage space, but literally in 25 yrs of owning boats, and only starting year 3 of having a roof to store 1 under, i have never winterized a boat.

    never winterize but try to use boat at least once a month. lower/rise motor several times to get water out. last nite had heat light on lower unit (used it yesterday). keep it in shop always have.
