All things are pretty much the same. Same number and location of bolts. Same exhaust shoe between the lower unit and the midsection. Remove the lower motor cover for easy access to the shift rod screw. Same need to keep the proper shift rod height.

A little tip, take a magic marker and make a mark on the drive shaft and a corresponding mark on the housing before you rotate the drive shaft. This will keep the splines in line. Tape the lower exhaust housing in the mid to keep it in place, grease the sides of the spline but not the top to prevent hydro locking it. 21 29/32" from deck to shift rod eye in neutral.
