    Should I get a 819 pro?

I'm in the market for a 19 foot 200hp bass boat and for the price I feel like I'm about to get a 819 pro after looking at several brands. For anyone that has/had this model do you recommend it? I haven't been in a bass boat since I sold my 2005 triton tr186 5 years ago and I know electronics have changed alot since then but I want to go with garmin with livescope and was wondering what are the best models of garmin to use, think I want 2 10's at the console and 2 at the bow with livescope. Any options or suggestions are appreciated

    Thanks,
    Mike

I have the older version of the 819 and it has been a great boat!!!! If i ever win the Powerball, i'll buy me a 920..........great layout, and fishing platform, i have no complaints on mine.......

As for the Garmin units, if you want touch screen units, go with the 106 at the console, with GT8/GT36 transducer combo; You dont say what size graph in the front, but i'd say two 106 at the bow with GT56 on troller unless you get the Force troller which it will have the GT54.

If you want the cheaper route, go with the GPSMap 1042xsv which are the non-touch screen.
YOU are not entitled to what I have earned!!!!!

    Some options to consider:
    trick step
    shocks on the trailer
    paint over Gator Hyde

A guy in our club has a 819 and I have a 920. The 819 with a 200 will run 70+MPH. His hole shot is very impressive too. I really think the 918 & 919 is is by far the best 19'er out there. It rides just as good as the 920 in rough stuff.

I have an 819, have only had it since beginning of November. Living in Ohio I have only had it out a few times, have a buddy with a 721 that I have fished out of a few times. I feel like my boat gets up and goes almost as well as his, and it fishes much bigger than it's size, definitely don't feel crammed in it! I haven't had mine to top speed yet so can't tell you what it runs. It does ride smooth though for sure! If I had to choose again I would still choose the 819!

Bought my 819 in January of 21, love it. Zero complaints so far. I fish Rayburn and Toledo and so far the boat has handled everything I want to run in. You won't be sorry!

I've got one on order coming in about 8 weeks. I chose is over BCB P2. Just a bigger boat, with a better layout.

I looked at the Bass Cats, I could not fit under the consoles! You guys will love the 819.

I took ownership of a dual console 2022 919 Pro XP in September 2021. Same boat as 819 (just different powered engine 225 vs. 200). I absolutely love it. The 919 Pro XP is obviously more expensive, but besides the larger HP outboard and other upgrades (integrated wiring, trailer upgrades, padded deck, etc...) you will absolutely love an 819. The feel, hole shot, and especially the turning capability is unbelievable. I honestly believe I would have been very happy in an 819 but my friends talked me into a 919 for the extra horsepower upgrade and I had myself convinced I really needed it. However, looking back, I would have been absolutely happy with the 819. If you want all the bells and whistles and 5+ mph extra then look at the 919 for sure, otherwise the 819 is an awesome boat and should full fill all your needs. Upwards of 69 mph i get quite a bit of chine walk (24 3-fury) that I am still learning to correct. I would recommend the paint over gatorhyde on the trailer, I didn't do it to shave some cost and now wish I would have as it is much easier to keep clean. Also, the 18" rampage wheel package upgrade is awesome, it helps me not bottom out where my driveway meets the street and looks very cool. Best to you in your search.
