    AR-10 Vise Jaws

What are you all using for vise jaws? Ill need to swap out a barrel but am seeing all sorts of different vise jaws. None of which seem suited specifically to the ar platform.

    Any thoughts or experience?

To do it right, you need an action bar, reaction bar. They are made for ar15 and ar10. The ar10 version is obviously larger. The one I linked is the Cadillac, but other manufactures are available at lower costs.

Thanks for that. Im new to all this so learning as I go. But I do like the idea of doing it right. Ill gladly spend a little more to not damage something.

The reaction rod is the way to go but if you can get old school blocks that fit well they work just fine for doing the barrel nut.
