Does any one know what Amp is the older late 80's Trolling motor receptale is . Find some Marinco 3 wire ones , but they are only 30amp's. Look's like the same one in it now .
It would be nice if it enough amp's . As i don't want to drill in the front bow dash , if i don't have too.
I believe you need to determine what amp your trolling motor requires and then replace it with one rated to support. Most likely if you have a newer trolling motor you will need a bigger amp plug than the original that came with the boat. Make sure your wire gauge size is also up to specs.
