However, the vendor immediately sent a replacement shipment, no questions asked.
Actually received it about 2 days later. Incredible customer service. We're happy.

Glad someone had good service. I been waiting for 10 days for a package that is sitting 8 miles from me. delayed due to weather hmmm did some emailing and calling due to snow ahh ok we do not get snow here. I hate fedex most incompetent company there is
Yes, here too. For a while late November-early December there were some hiccups [late deliveries], particularly with FedEx. But since then everything has been on time, undamaged, and correct.
