Two or none. I had one talon in a boat I bought used years ago and it pissed me off more than if I had nothing at all. Had something after that with two and it was night and day.

Had 1 Blade for the last three years. It was very frustrating when the boat would start to spin with the wind and I would have to use the trolling motor to keep it straight. So why even have one? Recently went to two Pro Series ll's.

2 is definitely the ticket. You will not be disappointed if you have 2. On the other hand, you'll regret just having 1.

I am fine with 1. I really don't use it often-it's more like a brake for me when fishing trees, and it's not hard to figure out how to use one effectively.

I only have 1 Talon and spotlock , I'm used to the one talon and to me is better than none .I usually fish deeper than my talon will hold so spotlock works for me,one holds my boat when close to shore for getting the trailer to put boat back on or maybe have a snack and just want to sit in the shade for awhile.2 is definetly better but can get by with 1 depending on how you fish and where

I ran since they came out. I now have two.
2 for sure...2 sportmans 8' is whole lot better than 1 10' blade HANDS DOWN
Im fine with none
Get 2. I bought 1 originally for my boat and within two weeks I ordered another one.
2 without a doubt

which size does most people go with, 8 or 10?
Got to give a shoutout to Kevin at K&K. I bought a PP charge from him last year and just ordered two Sportsman II 8s yesterday. Price can't be beat and he made sure to take extra time to discuss my mounting options.

In my mind, 10's would be more of a pain while outside of the water (garage). They also will flex more, and in my mind, if you have spot lock, 8's handle all "shallow" water, and over that spotlock will come into play. I only have an 8 so someone with 10's may chime in and tell me I am wrong, just my thoughts on em.
