Anyone have the easiest way to remove this piece?
This has been loose since I bought this boat, so I figured I'd tighten it up, from what I can tell there are 3-4 bolts holding it on. I can reach the nuts on the loose ones, but the bolt/screw just spins. Is there a way to remove the black cover? Thanks in advance
I had mine off a few years ago to tighten the shifter...I'm pretty sure the black plastic piece just pops off by prying with a screwdriver.

The mount where the throttle lever goes. I've already removed the lever. This is loose so it moves around when putting the boat in forward or reverse.
