    New 921 Gauges not working

Brand New 921 Elite with 250 ProXS picked up yesterday. Took it to the lake this morning to start the break in and I have no power to my gauges. Everything else has power, graphs, pumps, 12v plug, etc., but nothing to my Fuel/trim/temp/voltage or to my Tach. Key on nothing, and boat running nothing. I've checked all my wiring hookups at the battery and all my breakers are reset. Also checked the 14pin and the fuses under the cowling. Am i missing something obvious? Dealer is about 2 hours away and with the holidays I am trying to avoid having to carry it back if its something simple.

is the main-power switch on? I presume it is because the other stuff is working.

I know I saw a message from you somewhere but been wrapped up with work, the gauges are powered from the ignition switch , it very possible a wire came off when they were putting the switch panel in place , Id give Tim a call and see what he says but the first thing Id do myself is pull out that switch panel carefully and see if anything is unplugged

I bet its unplugged at the gauge, or the plugs are swapped. Pull the dash shroud off and make sure they are plugged in.

Turns out you are correct. I checked behind the switches and didn’t find anything so I tore the console apart. Turns out they forgot to hook up all three harnesses at the factory when they put her together. Didn’t like having to tear into the console on a brand new boat, but all is well now.

Be sure to call Tim at the factory to let him know. Or an e-mail. And call the dealer.

The dealer should have tested it, and found it, and fixed it. It's called 'dealer prep'.

My thoughts exactly lol. I was just looking for a quick answer, not to bash Phoenix or my dealer.

I would at least call your dealer and let him know what you found.
That way he knows to talk to his staff about there QC check Items and what was missed
when they where doing the boat prep. I would also suggest you send a email to Tim at Phoenix
about what you found so he can also do a QC review with his riggers.
It's not about bashing or beating up someone it's about training and what should not go out the door
    to a customer.
By doing this your helping the next guy buying a new boat from having a problem.

I hope your enjoying your new boat!!!

This is 100% correct. QC should always be 1st on the mind of the factory and dealer.

If your dealer installed your console graph, they probably unplugged the gauge when the shroud was removed to install the unit/units. Then reinstalled shroud and forgot to plug it in.
