Carbon 12 versus Gen3 12

I just picked up a new Carbon 12 on sale at Bass Pro. I am planning to use it at my helm, networked with a Gen3 12. Are there any direct comparison videos of the two displays? I have looked, but can't seem to find any online. I am planning to run mapping (C-Map) and 2D sonar (Thru hull) on my Gen3, and side scan and down scan (Active Imaging) on my Carbon. I am just trying to get an idea what to expect as far as image quality.

All I know is the Carbon will run Active Target and Active Imaging 3 in 1 transducers. There is also a difference in the specs on the display, but I do not know what that is.
