Does anyone have advised on mizingo by maryville. Can you catch bass there in December? I’m from sw Iowa but have 2021 Missouri license. Do you need a permit to fish there? Does it cost to use the ramp this time on year? Just looking for a place that had open water. We are just starting to get ice here so either give up till spring or go south:-)
