My app only runs one Raptor. Both are paired and work perfectly with all 4 remotes and the stomp switch. I run Garmin units so the app is important. Customer service had no clue and after a lengthy call said the would call back after doing some research. To this point…crickets. I know this was a problem with talons in the past. Anyone else have this problem?
The Best suggestion I can give is to make sure the Garmin has the latest software update. I then suggest you download the Raptor App & try to Pair your phone with the Raptors. And check for updates there too. Then I would try to see if the phone will work with the raptors. I will see if I can find out anything from Minn Kota on this.
Make sure both raptors are running the most current software updates...if nothing works, you will need to clear pairing, and repair everything. That usually takes care of it.
