    Rigging '05 175 Evinrudes

I am in the process of rigging my '05 175 Evinrudes.
I have the harnesses in place and am getting ready to install the key switches.
My previous engines were '95's so they were carb'd and had the pushed-in key for the primer solenoid.
These engines don't have the primer solenoid......
So when it's time to start, do you just turn the key like a fuel injected car?......sounds like a stupid question but I don't have an owners manual.
I know I need to prime the oil and fuel system, but what about after that?

this rigging guide is for E-TECs but you may find the electrical part useful - https://www.operatorsguides.brp.com/...5008506.EN.pdf

occasionally these links may not work for some reason, keep trying

THANKS! That's exactly what I needed!
Now just have to complete the rigging and wait for spring!

Adding to what is not noted in the manuals…the primer activation wire is not present in the E-TEC wire harness. So the primer system wire out of the ignition switch and boat wire harness, dead ends at the engine. Pushing in the key during starting will not do anything

Correct, I'm not intending on connecting anything to that post on the switch.

    UPDATE:

Moving on to the engine side of the rigging.
    Harnesses/cables are "snaked" fore-to-aft.
Next is the oil tanks/oil hoses/fuel hoses.
The oil tanks came w/ the engines and I am adding senders for level indication.
    Question(s):
    1) is this fuel hose acceptable for the fuel feed? Looks like it meets USCG SAE 1527 Type A1-15 requirements? (1/3 the price at west marine!)

    2) Are these hoses acceptable for the oil feed/return?

    Thanks........

Sierra sells good product so no reason to debate unless other experts like RickMd and olypopper say something different.
not heard of the brand for the 5/16 hose. But this is for oil so I expect no issues.
