Lot of work to be done and money spent at North Wilksboro.
Hope they do bring them back. Been to North Wilksboro before back in the day. Dale Jr has been pushing to bring North Wilkesboro back.
That would be very cool to see.
Hopefully. I think they made a big mistake going from places like that to the cookie cutter tracks outside their market.
Nothing like “The Rocks” 1st turn entry or running up hill on the back stretch at North W. Back in the day Rockingham it was the 2ed race of the season after Daytona. Not unusual to see snow on the ground for that event. At North W. they would take the cows out of the pasture a week before the race for parking. People were always stepping in #<>] before and after the race . Both tracks are one lane road in and one lane out. I miss those days. Solid racing at the Rock.
I remember Harry Grant being very good at N Wilkesboro
Would like to see Ky speedway brought back in the fold. Such a waste.
Heard Tony Stewart wants to run his series at North Wilkesboro.
I’ve been reading about North Wilkesboro and the financial commitment being made sounds like there will be racing there in the future.
Speedway, the Smiths, own N.Wilkesboro. They could sacrifice a date at one of their other tracks for Wilkesboro. I think the Dover group owned the Rock, and Speedway just completed the purchase of their tracks. N.Carolina has committed money to both. Let's hope. Watched races at both when I lived in N.C. Side note, Nashville Fairgrounds, nations second oldest racetrack, may also return. Negotiations currently underway in Nashville. Another Speedway project.
Not gonna happen

It would be refreshing to see these old tracks back on schedule for nascar
I've gone to both on several occasions. I hated it when they lost their races and I lost a lot of interest in NASCAR
I would love to see them back at the old tracks. The south was where it started.
Is Nascar still in business? Stopped watching some years ago. I would rather see a big outlaw dirt late model race.
