I don’t see that much bashing of this circuit. It is unfortunate that MLF made FLW a AAA league basically.

Love sitting on the beach or at the pool in Florida watching Bass or MLF Live on my tablet. The more events the better.
It was AAA when it was FLW. Look at how Scott Martin has been the bubble boy twice in BASS and how quick Bryan Thrift fell out of the top 10 in Bassfan rankings. Now with that being said BASS has people who routinely finish mid or bottom of the pack and the same anglers who done it with BASS a few years ago are still doing it with BPT. I'm not saying BASS has better anglers or BPT has better anglers because BOTH circuits have stand out stars and people who routine just get buy. I'm merely pointing out that the former standout FLW anglers don't put up numbers in BASS or BPT like they did in AAA FLW.
Always viewed it as the red haired step child to BASS myself when it was the FLW.

Zeroing the weights for the final day, changing the rules.
I like the zeroing of the weights on day 4. It's something different. But then I'm sure that's gonna confuse many.
Weights zero on day 4 kind of sucks imo. Never liked it in other series either
He was the first man out which is often referred to as the bubble boy. Had there not been a double qualifier he would have been in the Opens for the 2021 season. Similar situation on how he got into the 2022 Classic. Had there not been a double qualifier he would be sitting out. I am only somewhat familiar with his finishes in FLW because I did not keep up with that circuit like BASS. I feel pretty confident he routinely finished higher than the bubble boy. He has a CUP and AOY title in FLW but no where near those results in BASS.
Does anybody have any friends, neighbors or family members on that Roster?
The Opens were interesting last year because of BBCers knowing several of the Anglers.
