I've had to re-power to a new 115 Merc, I have three old style Rakers can the old rubber hub be replaced with the new style hub that would fit the Merc ?

Sorry no. The V4 has a pressed in rubber hub. The prop casting is not capable of being changed to a newer merc hub.

I have a 18, 20 and a 22. The 18 was only ran 3 or 4 times its like brand new. They are V-4s.
