Lost a black brake actuator cap

Not sure what the correct name for it is but it covers the fluid fill area and snaps or twists in the top of the trailer tongue. Some how it came out and I need to replace it.

It did not fall out, someone took it. I used to average no more than 3 to 4 trips each time before they go missing. Harry

This, but they are cheap and I would recommend buying several for spares.

E Trailer parts on Amazon can fix you up.

The bass cat store sells them cheap. I bought several and passed them out to my friends that have lost their’s as well :-)

    Just for info.
They also make a metal one that can lock the brake actuator in case you lose power to the solenoid.
The only one I've lost in about 30 years' worth of fishing was my own fault.

We put a Zip Tie over it, really tight and that solved our problem of them disappearing.

They're not interchangeable. The metal lock out cap is for older trailers that they will only work on and does not fit the newer ones.

Bought one for my last boatmate trailer and my partners Triton. This new boatmate has the same A60 actuator--it all looks the same to me.

I put Electrical tape over the cap and all the way around the tongue a few times. Works for me!

Lost one on a Ranger I had, and I got the replacement at $14. I found a small keeper cable in my garage junk and attached the metal cap to the trailer frame with pop rivets thru the eyes on the keeper cable.
