Network Helix 12 SI GN2 to Helix 10 MDI GN4

I know it has probably been covered before but I have not found it. I currently have a Helix 12 SI GN2 at the console and am looking at adding a Helix 10 MDI GN4 on the front.

Will the Helix 10 MDI GN4 be able to pull DI and 2D off of the Helix 12 SI GN2 if networked through an ethernet box so I do not have to have another transducer on the trolling motor. i know you can share waypoints but did not know about the DI and 2D between from a GN2 up to a GN4.
