    Garmin Force Trolling motor issue

Everything works fine except it won’t turn. Hit spot lock it just goes straight, push pedal it just goes straight ahead wont turn at all. No noise, no clicking or anything. Worked just fine yesterday. I tried with the remote and same issue. Any ideas?

There are procedures you can do that Garmin has online to try and correct/diagnosis the problem. If they don't work email Garmin marine support. They were very helpful with my motor last week. They shipped me a replacement motor once we went through all the diagnostics and it still would not spin m prop. Replacement solved the issue. Garmin was very good about it.

I called Garmin tech support on Monday. They walked me through all the test procedures to try and fix the issue to no avail. Needles to say, I received my brand new troller minus the mounting plate today. That is top notch customer service. Thank you Garmin!
