    Boat Covers?

    Hi all,

    I had a custom cover built by Ranger for my 391V about a decade ago, it was an awesome cover and lasted but since I store the boat outside it has seen better days and now has too many big holes to try to repair. I'm not sure I really want to spend over $1,000 to have another custom cover built by Ranger again.

    So I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I would be able to get a pretty decent cover for a decent price?

    1996 Ranger 391V (19'3")
    2002 Merc 200HP
    6" TH Jack Plate
    52" Lowrance Ghost TM

    Aurora makes a good one but it is not cheap in price or quality.

    Empire covers. They're always on a huge sale. I love mine, was around $500 originally and I got it for $170ish.

    i have a center console bay boat, kept outside.
    found savvy craft covers on Amazon for center console and my leaning post, they are well made, breathing holes and waterproof. not expensive.

    If you don't tow with your cover on get a mooring cover. I had Aurora canvas custom make a cover for my boat. A mooring cover was significantly cheaper than a typical custom cover.

    Erb's in Sugarcreek OH makes custom covers reasonable.

    I would get another Ranger cover. It is made for you boat and is a custom cover. Any "custom" made cover you get will scare the hell out of $1000,

    You’ve had a Ranger cover. I don’t see how you can settle for anything less now.
