    100 Hours!

We got our 200 Hp Pro XS 4 Stroke V8 on October 7th, 2020. It is mounted on a 2021 Nitro Z19 Pro with a 23 pitch Fury prop and a 10" manual jack plate. On Friday December 3rd she clicked over 100 hours on my Vessel View Mobile. I usually fish a couple days a week so it does not sit idle a lot. The motor has performed flawlessly, starts immediately, idles quietly and really sets you back in the seat when you nail the throttle. It tops out at 68 mph when lightly loaded in cool weather. Will run at 63-65 or so with people and tackle. More often I cruise around at about 50 mph. At that speed it is easy on fuel. Just had my first annual service and everything checked good. Very happy with this motor!

Glad to hear it Pat. I put 30 hours on mine in less than 60 days. I switched to a 21p tempest plus prop and am now getting 6200 RPM. 64mph is a fast as I'm able to get at which point it starts to chine walk pretty good. I plan to lower the motor a little once i fire it back up this spring.

I thought service was at 1 year or 100 hours whichever came first. I have been doing the year because I am normally just under 100 hours per year.

Yup, that's what I did. Had about 95 hours when it was serviced.

You will likely get less chine walk by raising the engine. 2.75" PTP works for me.

P.S. I got mine Jan. 13, 2020 and it has 72 hours on it and has been serviced once.
