    Lower unit id.

I have purchased a Ranger with a Mariner 150 EFI that had a new-from-factory 200hp power head installed in 2015, and had a used gear case installed at the same time. Is there any way of identifying the gear ratio of the current lower unit without disassembly? I'm just trying to figure out how I would order the correct parts for this lower unit if it would need service in the future. Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Yes sir- see the FAQ Section (Determining Gear Ratio....).

Just a reminder- be sure to provide your serial number when posting. Thanks!
