    New Zxr 20 no power

Just got brand new zxr20. I bought my own batteries. So I connected my 3 trolling batteries and that’s fine. Connected the engine cables to cranking battery and the nav light switch comes on and bilge runs . No engine power
and the trim goes up when I press it down. And yes I have red on pos and black on neg. LOL. I must be missing something

Main power cable from the SHO, inside the cowling.

Your not being very clear with your problem. Does the engine turn over?
Or is it flat dead when you turn the key. There is a small fuse box under the
cowling that holds some vital control, like the PCM. If your lost on trouble shooting,
take it back to the dealer.

    Good Luck!

Power is good now to main engine. The problem is that when I hook everything up just my trim goes up when I press down and vice Versa. And my bilge runs constantly. Something wrong with wiring apparently

yes trim is reversed and the bilge pump runs constantly. Does not matter if power switch is on or off.

The bilge pump sounds like it may have a stuck float. I used to wiggle it on a boat I once owned when it would stick.

If it's new, it won't have a float. It's a electronic sensor. To test it, you put your fingers on both sides and squeeze.
Is anything in the bilge squeezing yours?
