200 hp hpdi - water impeller pump and water seperator?

I have two questions but actually one. How often should they be changed? Only use ethanol free gas with 360 stabil and yamaha ring free. Years or hours? Thanks

Depending on use, every two years or every year if fishing tidal waters, and running flats on the water pump.
Water separator, I do mine each year for peace of mind.
